Flannel Board Story Box

InstructionsThings You'll Need:
Clean pizza box or other sturdy box with a hinged type lid.
Felt.
Tape measure.
Scissors.
Hot glue gun.
2 hot glue sticks.
12" dowel rod.

Step 1:Measure the top of the pizza box. Cut a piece of felt using measurements.

Step 2:Position the closed box with lid hinged in the back. Starting with the top left, glue the felt to the top of the box, and press felt firmly to box. Use extra glue on corners and a large dot in the center. For the most secure hold, put the line of hot glue ¼ -⅛" away from the edge of the box.

Only glue up to 12" at a time to keep the glue from cooling too fast.

Step 3:Trim away excess felt.

Step 4:Use a 12" dowel rod to prop up lid when telling a flannel board story. Use the inside to store dowel rod and flannel board pieces when not in use
